Improve the quality of customer data and work with the retail team to ensure best practice in data collection;
Devise CRM action plans based on data to improve client recruitment, retention and development;
Generate monthly reports per boutique centred on client metrics and KPI compliance;
Collect, organize and analyze data to recommend specific actions;
Coordinate the implementation of action plans based on performance analysis;
Organizing interdepartmental projects;
Assist in the development of strategies and tools to support the retail team in achieving the best commercial results, covering training and observation;
Support E-Commerce to identify customers and patterns to drive better strategies.
Requirements & Capabilities :
Bechelor's Degree or above;
Strong analytical skills, experience in producing high-level client analysis is a must;
Great capacity of leading and organizing multiple projects with great attention to detail;
Strong business thinking and sensitivity to new trends in the market;
Excellent communication, problem-solving skill, effective and persuasive;
Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and / or IBM Cognos);
