We’re looking for someone experienced in supporting SAP Analytics applications to join our Application Managed Service (AMS) team. You’ll focus on keeping SAP Analytics systems running smoothly, solving production issues quickly, and helping improve system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities :
Be the main contact for SAP Analytics production issues.
Troubleshoot and fix problems in SAP Analytics tools like SAC, CDS, Datasphere, and BW.
Work with other teams (Basis, Functional, Delivery) to resolve issues.
Find root causes of recurring problems and suggest improvements.
Keep clear documentation of fixes, processes, and configurations.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in SAP production support.
Strong skills in SAP Core Data Services (CDS) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori navigation.
Good understanding of SAP business processes (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
