Recruiter – LATAM (Remote)

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced

Recruiter for LATAM

to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

— from creating job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal teams alike.

As we’re a

fast-paced startup , you’ll wear multiple hats and contribute beyond traditional recruitment — from supporting process documentation to working within our CMS. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s

resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn

new things.

What You’ll Do Create and publish job ads across various job boards and social media platforms. Source and network with potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and OnlineJobs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define

qualification criteria

and hiring needs. Screen resumes and applications to build strong candidate pipelines. Conduct

initial interviews

and create shortlists of qualified candidates. Maintain consistent

candidate communication

throughout the hiring process. Manage and update the

candidate database

for future opportunities. Support documentation of

recruitment processes and best practices

as needed.

What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a

Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter , or similar role. Strong background hiring for

Digital Marketing Assistants / Associates

or

Social Media roles . Proficient in sourcing techniques on social media and professional job sites. Familiarity with

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) . Excellent

English communication skills

— written and spoken. Demonstrated experience handling

high-volume recruitment

for managerial and executive-level positions. Comfortable working with

US-based and off-shore clients . A

self-starter

who can work independently and figure things out with minimal direction.

Nice to Have Experience working within a

startup environment . Exposure to

CMS tools

or documentation platforms.
