We're looking for aFull Stack Software Engineer who treats AI as a partner, not just a tool.You'll build end-to-end features across the stack while creatively leveraging AI to accelerate development, automate workflows, and design scalable, flexible systems.

You'll work in a fast-moving environment focused on transforming complex data into intelligent products.

From building a credit matrix and automating sales / marketing workflows to designing dashboards and public-data scrapers, you'll directly shape Ótmow's core technology.Responsibilities

Build and maintain features usingReact (TypeScript)andPython (FastAPI or Flask) .

Collaborate with AI tools(GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to speed up coding, automate tasks, and improve quality.

Design and executeweb scraping jobsto extract structured data from public transparency portals.

Develop and integrate infrastructure onGCP (Cloud Run, Firestore, Firebase Auth)andSupabase (PostgreSQL) .

Implement product features such ascredit matrices, automation tools, and performance dashboards.

Ensuredata integrity and qualityacross systems.

Actively participate inarchitecture design, code reviews, and planning sessions.

Experiment withemerging AI modelsand evaluate their potential for development, automation, and decision support.Required Skills

2+ yearsof experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency withTypeScript and React .

Solid experience withPythonand backend frameworks ( FastAPI, Flask ).

Experience withweb scraping(Playwright, BeautifulSoup, requests).

Familiarity withGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)andversion control (Git, CI / CD) .

Fluency inAI-assisted development toolssuch as GPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.

Ability towork independentlyand communicate clearly in a remote setup.

Advanced English(for documentation and discussions) andNative Portuguese(for technical and business communication).

Ability to work underPessoa Jurídica (PJ)in Brazil.Preferred Skills

Experience scraping dynamic websites or handling anti-bot systems.

Background indata-driven products or credit / fintech platforms.

Knowledge ofAI APIs or model fine-tuning.
