Join SHEIN and be the futureABOUT THE ROLEThis role is part of SHEIN Brazil's Last Mile team and issupport for managing logistics operations related to parcel distribution, including next-day and second-day delivery.
The focus is on ensuring seamless execution, optimizing performance, and proactively addressing operational challenges.
This position requires a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in last mile logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Last Mile Operations : Assist in monitoring daily parcel distribution and delivery activities with partner carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective service.Track Performance : Help collect and report on key metrics such as on-time delivery rates and delivery success; assist in preparing regular reports for your team and managers.Coordinate with Suppliers : Communicate with last mile delivery partners regarding service status, volume updates, and basic operational needs to support service level goals.Standardize Procedures : Learn and follow established best practices in last mile logistics; help update documents and guidelines as needed.Assist with Process Improvement : Share ideas and feedback to identify areas for improvement in delivery operations and support simple optimization initiatives.Resolve Issues : Support the team in identifying and addressing delivery problems, keeping communication clear and escalating issues when necessary.Network Support : Assist with basic network planning tasks, such as collecting data or supporting senior team members with expansion projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields0–3 years of experience in logistics operations or related internships; experience in e-commerce or express delivery is a plus, but not required.Basic understanding of logistics or delivery processes is desirable.Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.Willingness to learn, participate actively, and support continuous improvement.Proactive and problem-solving mindset.English is preferred.
