We are looking for a polyvalent person to make part of our Operations Team.
As an Operations Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless technical experience. You’ll manage remote installation processes, assist clients step-by-step, and provide first-level technical troubleshooting and maintenance support. Your collaboration with our Technicians and ability to escalate issues when necessary will be key to maintaining service excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Support clients with maintenance-related questions and minor technical interventions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and client support resources.
Your Profile
Portuguese Native Speaker & Fluent in English .
