What you’ll do :

Lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients across the LATAM region, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate multiple client accounts, aligning the delivery of recruitment projects with client expectations and business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Develop and implement processes, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client leadership, to understand their evolving talent needs and provide strategic insights.
Monitor KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams and regional / global leadership to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in talent delivery.

You’ll be someone who can bring :

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Experience working with ATS platforms, reporting tools, and HRIS systems.

A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Location : São Paulo, Brazil — remote work with occasional regional travel.
