This role oversees the recruitment team, partners closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
The Recruiting Manager drives employer branding initiatives and continuously improves recruitment processes to support organizational growth.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role.Experience managing high-volume hiring or specialized technical recruitment (preferred).
Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong organizational and project management skills.
