• Experience working with (Sales Navigator, Recruiter, Recruiter Lite preferred)
• Advanced / Fluent Enlglish Level
• Experience processing High Volume of candidates successfully
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• A problem-solver mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and tight deadlines
