Right Rudder Marketing is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team. This is a remote, full-time role (9AM–5PM Central Time). We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; or hands-on experience with web development and design. Responsibilities :

Build and maintain SEO-optimized websites for flight school clients
Collaborate with account managers and the Marketing team to implement updates and new features
Develop additional landing pages, forms, and blog / webinar layouts
Track, analyze, and report on website performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve UX / UI
Manage deployments and troubleshoot technical issues with other developers
Use GHL CRM to build and embed forms, integrating with websites via APIs or webhooks
Contribute to research and development projects that drive innovation
Participate in daily team meetings and provide progress updates

Requirements :

High proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies

Experience with UX / UI design and building user-friendly interfaces

Strong copywriting and communication skills, including writing engaging web copy and clear UI text

Solid problem-solving and debugging skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Nice-to-have / Bonus Skills :

Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, Alpine.js, Svelte, Solid)

Experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development (MVC, ORM, conventions)

Knowledge of databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with DNS configuration

Background in digital marketing or the aviation industry (especially flight schools)

Logistics & Work Setup :

Must be available to work 9AM–5PM Central Time

Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)

Home office setup, including power backup, stable internet, and camera / lighting for video calls
