Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.Our customers can enjoy many experiences in their cities; that's why our sales team is in charge of bringing the best available ones to Fever so that anybody can find them in our marketplace.
They have the full range of Fever products with which they can negotiate with those content creators who are looking to grow, scale or improve their experiential content.
Working closely with other teams such as Marketing, Media or Ops to ensure we provide the best in class service.About The RoleHere's what you'll be doing : Create and cultivate deep business relationships with the biggest producers, creators, venues and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market, with an innovative and effective approach to scaling Fever's presence in the regionExpertly manage commercial strategy with large partners ensuring value creation for both partiesEvidence strong organizational skills to effectively balance and grow a large base of clientsCollaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Brazil and internationallyKeep up to date with everything cool that's happening in the entertainment; think of yourself as the expert for new and trending experiencesAbout YouHere's what you should bring to the table : At least 2+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience plus other 6 years of relevant experienceProven track record of sales success in a fast-paced, quota carrying roleStrong business development and partnership management skillsSelf-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritizationExcellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detailComfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred)Knowledge of the city's entertainment, events, and lifestyle trendsExperience in the event and entertainment industry is a plus but not requiredBenefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
