Many other highlights include state-of-the-art talent development initiatives and competitive benefits.Our opportunityDisputes with Voice AnalystLocation : Santos / SPWork Model : Hybrid (3 times a week in the office)Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to end disputes handling, from case logging to resolution alignment with the customerAnalyze dispute cases following Global Disputes SOP and / or country-specific procedurePerform amendments in Maersk Core systems for accepted disputesCommunicate with customers via phone and email to gather additional information or align on resolution and promise to payAddress root causes by coordinating with Maersk responsible parties or customersCollaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify dispute casesParticipate in projects related to customer account clean-up, automation, and process improvementsPerform ad hoc tasks as needed, such as gembas, report creation, and auditsWho are we looking forBackground : Strong experience in customer service, collections, or disputes within a BPO or customer-facing environmentCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsClarity : Ability to convey findings and resolutions clearly and concisely to customersAnalytical Acumen : Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsProcess Adherence : Compliant with process execution guidelinesCollaboration : A team player with proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle pressureRelationship Building : Skilled at establishing good working relationships both internally and externallyProactive Work Ethic : Takes initiative to identify necessary tasksOrganizational Skills : Efficiently manages multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlinesSoftware Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointQualificationsBachelor's Degree in any course.

Logistics / Supply chain related fields preferredAt least 2 years of work experience - BPO / Logistics or Other IndustriesIndustry experience in any of the following : supply chain, ocean carrier, transportation logistics, & shipping logistics is highly preferredFluent in Spanish / Portuguese (AS NEEDED) and English Language both verbal and writtenExperience using any CRM especially Salesforce.com, AFLS, Athena, MePC, CMD (Customer Master Data), Web Based – Maersk System is nice to haveMust be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and OutlookAmenable to work on night shift and hybrid set upAt Maersk, we value the diversity of our talent and will always strive to recruit the best person for the job.
