ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end development of scalable web features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)Write clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and mobile engineers—to build seamless experiencesArchitect and implement efficient APIs and database structures to support performance at scaleLead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and thoughtful technical decision-making3.

Requirements7+ years of hands-on software engineering experienceFluent in English, both written and spokenDeep experience building full-stack applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.jsComfortable working in distributed teams and following remote-first workflows4.

Nice to HavesExperience with U.S.-based startups or fast-paced tech environmentsBackground in healthtech or other impact-driven platformsFamiliarity with mobile integration or React Native projects5.
