• Overall accountability for ensuring that all compliance for candidates is managed in a timely manner according to specific client SLAs.
• Ensures the team, on receipt of candidate offer, contact candidate by phone to confirms details and explain compliance / screening process.
• Manages the eStaff tool to ensure eStaff packages sent to candidate to complete onboarding documentation and checks.
• Supports completing of referencing as per contract requirements and any credit checks, education, CRB, etc.
• Manges the relationship with internal stakeholders, including confirmation to Sourcing / Vendor Partners / MSP for candidate to start.
• Ensure system and data integrity by overseeing the accurate and timely entry of compliance data into relevant systems.

Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members on daily basis
