We are looking for a Consultor SAP SD (Improvements), who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid , in the city of São Paulo.

In this role you will must have:

• Proven experience in SAP SD and Brazil Localization
• Strong knowledge of Outbound and DRC processes
• Hands-on experience with NF-e, IDoc, and XML
• Ability to perform functional debugging
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Advanced English (MANDATORY)
• Solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI)
• Experience in handling critical incidents and change requests
• Ability to debug in ABAP (considered a strong differentiator)
• Experience with SAP CS and PS modules

Good to Have Knowledge on Below areas

• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Familiarity with tax compliance and Brazilian fiscal requirements
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects
• Ability to lead workshops and train end-users
• Previous experience in multinational environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SN Key Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

Responsabilities and Assignments:

• Analyze, configure, and provide support for Sales and Distribution (SD), Customer Service (CS), and Project System (PS) processes
• Ensure integration between sales orders, deliveries, billing, and services
• Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of NF-e, IDoc, and XML
• Interact with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve incidents
• Execute functional debugging to analyze errors and understand processes
• Conducting and /or supporting to apply SAP Best Practice building blocks.
• Supporting business process flow design demands
• Planning and execution of functional test scenarios and documentation
• Supporting reporting on the progress of activities
• Supporting master data demands and migration
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required
• Conducting on creation of user guides or other support materials and project documentations
• Delivering presentations / training sessions
• Acting as a coach for initiates
• Offering the best technical solution to meet business needs
• Conducting and writing Functional Specification / Configuration documents
• Communicating effectively with project managers, team members and clients
• Demonstrating interpersonal skills with the clients and team player attitude
