Skyhouse Agency is a performance marketing agency seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to support day-to-day client operations and internal coordination. This role is central to keeping accounts organized, accurate, and running smoothly across clients, performance managers, media buyers, and operations.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or googlesheets)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

General understanding of digital marketing workflows

Responsibilities

Client Comms

Reporting Requests from client

Coordinate between agency departments

Internal reporting requirements for clients – budgets, creative approvals, and marketing performance reports

Proactively flag and escalate issues to Account Managers

Required

Undergraduate degree

Proficient in google suite (sheets, docs, etc) and / or office suite

Excellent written English communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarity
