Overview
We are seeking a Senior CRM Analyst with strong data science expertise to support data-driven customer engagement strategies for a U.S.-based employer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience analyzing customer data and marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced statistical and data science techniques to drive retention, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can turn raw data into strategic recommendations while also communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance data to inform retention strategies.
- Conduct A / B testing, statistical analysis, and data science modeling to optimize campaigns and promotional offers.
- Build, maintain, and present executive-level dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Looker or Looker Studio.
- Extract and manipulate data using SQL, BigQuery, and advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Dataiku).
- Apply machine learning techniques where applicable to enhance customer segmentation and predictive modeling.
- Deliver ad-hoc data reports and actionable insights to support CRM and marketing decision-making.
- Present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, business-focused manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CRM analysis and data science applications .Hands-on, real-world data science experience at the enterprise levelStrong proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboard tools ( Looker strongly preferred ).Familiarity with CRM / marketing analytics tools (e.g., Braze, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics ).Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning techniques .Strong understanding of A / B testing and customer retention metrics.Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new platforms or client needs.Willingness to work U.S. hours (Central or Eastern Time).Nice to Have
Experience using Dataiku or BigQuery for advanced data workflows.Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and large language model outputs.Experience working with cross-functional data science and marketing teams.Prior client-facing experience in analytics or data consulting.
