About the Role

We're looking for a strategic HR Manager to build and lead the people function for a growing iGaming operation in Brazil. You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, developing HR infrastructure, and creating a winning culture in this exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization
  • Design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and iGaming regulations
  • Build compensation and benefits structures competitive within the industry
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
  • Handle sensitive matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Implement HR systems and tools to support growing headcount
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sector
  • Strong knowledge of iGaming industry dynamics, compliance requirements, and talent landscape
  • Proven experience building HR functions in startup or high-growth environments
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • French language skills are a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is a plus
