Sales Account Executive – U.S. Market (Remote)

What We Offer
- Monthly compensation of R$5,000 reais + USD-based bonuses ;
- 100% remote work, Monday to Friday (12 p.m.–9 p.m. BRT);

What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach;Track key sales metrics and pipeline performance;Conduct meetings and present solutions to U.S.-based executives;Collaborate with Business Development and CRM teams for process improvement;Maintain a disciplined, results-driven sales rhythm.What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Business Sales / Outbound reach ;Fluent English (C1+) – clear, natural communication in meetings;Familiar with SPIN Selling, BANT , or other sales frameworks;Tech-savvy, organized, multitasker, and highly reliable;Comfortable working under goals and fast-paced environments.
