Role Description

This is a temporary and remote role for a Freelance Tech Interviewer. The Freelance Tech Interviewer will be responsible for conducting video interviews with candidates, utilizing industry-specific coding questions. The individual will also provide unbiased assessments and feedback based on the candidates' technical skills and performance during the interviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, LLM (Language Model), and Machine Learning
• Experience in Data Analytics
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a developer
• Familiarity with industry-specific coding questions
• Experience working remotely and independently
• Previous interviewing experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
