OverviewImmediate need for a talented Payroll Lead (Brazil).

This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbia and Brazil (Remote).

Key ResponsibilitiesThe position involves up to 50% travel to Brazil and Colombia, working closely with global teams to ensure a successful payroll implementation and transformation.Portuguese fluency is mandatory.All travel expenses will be covered.Lead payroll implementation for Brazil, translating client requirements into deliverable payroll solutions.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Payroll (Brazil), SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.Collaborate with delivery teams to design, plan, and execute payroll solutions that align with client needs and compliance requirements.Key Requirements and Technology ExperienceKey skills; Fluency in Portuguese, Payroll, SAPPortuguese fluency (mandatory), with the ability to travel 50% to Brazil and Colombia.

All travel expenses will be covered.Proven experience implementing multiple SAP Payroll projects in Brazil.Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
