The Role : Talent Acquisition Lead

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across site and central teams—PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory / SSU, QA, Site Directors, and central ops. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Study Start-Up to anticipate demand and build pipelines that let us activate sites quickly. You’ll own sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and the data that guides both. You’ll be hands-on with hard-to-fill roles while standing up repeatable systems for scale.

What You’ll Do

Source niche clinical talent (PIs, Sub-Is, CRCs, Regulatory, QA, central ops)

Build and execute hiring plans with executive leadership; define role scopes, competencies, and sourcing plan.

Develop industry relationships that become a source of high quality referrals

Reduce time-to-hire and time-to-site-activation

Own candidate experience end-to-end—fast feedback, transparent timelines, respectful declines.

Conduct interviews to assess competence

Coordinate credentialing and GCP / ICH verification steps with QA / Compliance for a smooth start.

You are a Good Fit If You Have :

A strong ability to identify and engage talent

2–5+ years of recruiting in healthcare or clinical research; Even better if you’re a true clinical research recruiter with clinical trial staffing experience.

An ability to assess quality of candidates

A strong work ethic
