Managing Director

This is a full-time role for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business activities of Construtora Silva Campos to ensure desired results are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Developing and executing the company's business strategies, preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

Key duties include :

The Managing Director will also guide and motivate subordinates, analyze problematic situations, and provide solutions to ensure company growth and success.
