What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Facilitate stakeholder engagement by collaborating with internal teams, business partners, and external clients to define project scope and deliverables

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies

Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly to all stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical teams

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Azure DevOps

Proven track record managing healthcare technology projects with cross-functional stakeholders

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience in managing oncology and autoimmune condition projects

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

Background in healthcare clinical environments

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences

Experience mentoring and guiding team members in a project setting
