This role is key to enhancing our ServiceNow platform with AI-powered solutions, driving automation, efficiency, and intelligent workflows for our business and clients.Responsibility : Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on expertise in Now Assist AI and ServiceNow's AI / ML capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Generative AI integrations).
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST / SOAP integrations.Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI service orchestration, or similar AI technologies is a strong advantage.Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly AI solutions within ServiceNow.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsDesign, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist AI, including Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow AI configurations.Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules.Optimize and fine-tune AI models within ServiceNow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.Provide technical guidance on AI / ML best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.Stay up to date with ServiceNow AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications such as : Certified Implementation SpecialistNow Assist AI Specialist (if available)Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
