Job Title : Salesforce CPQ Developer and Administrator

Location : LATAM (Nearshore Availability)

Employment Type : Full-time

Level : Experienced Salesforce Professional (Admin + Developer, CPQ)

About the Role

We are seeking a certified Salesforce CPQ Admin / Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization, alongside deep technical skills across both declarative configuration and programmatic development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce platform features such as roles, profiles, page layouts, record types, objects, and validation rules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both CPQ and core Salesforce functionality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to support timely delivery.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of Salesforce experience spanning administration and development.
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
  • Solid background in Salesforce configuration.
  • Track record of success delivering in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Nearshore availability strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certifications required :
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Highly preferred : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
