This position will serve the social app(SOYO / SOYOU) business unit.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Independently recruit and manage agencies (at least 200-300 hosts per month)，hosts,and coin-dealers .
• Resource Acquisition : Engage with and recruit high-value resources, and ensure their maintenance.
• Strategy Development : Formulate and execute recruitment strategies, with accountability for results.

Salary：basic+KPI+bonus
