Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the front end of the agent assist chatbot and email auto-drafting tool using React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript .
  • Build dynamic UI components that integrate with real-time AI services and backend APIs.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to interface with services built in Python and data stored in PostgreSQL .
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into elegant, functional interfaces.
  • Assist in estimating and planning throughout the software development life cycle.

    • Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

  • Proven experience in building complex front-end applications using React.
  • Ability to write and maintain backend services and scripts using Python.
  • Knowledge of database design, querying, and optimization, particularly using Postgres
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Exposure to GraphQL, and / or Azure Functions and Azure OpenAI
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with other developers, quality engineers (QE), ops engineers and support engineers to ensure smooth deployment and continual operation
  • Passion for developing good software
  • Experience participating in design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity or experience with Agile engineering practices (test driven development, continuous integration and pair programming, etc.)
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache, HTTP Proxies)
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD)
