Senior SAP Consultant

Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant (Remote, Brazil)

We are looking for a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join a global project, working 100 percent remotely from Brazil . This role is for someone with real hands on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations , not generic SAP consulting.

If you have worked deeply with Fieldglass CWM and SOW , understand Source to Pay , and are comfortable working directly with clients, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Work on SAP Fieldglass implementation and rollout projects

Configure and support Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW) processes

Collaborate with procurement, HR, finance, and IT stakeholders

Support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, SAP S 4HANA, or SAP ECC

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Fieldglass configuration

Identify risks early and propose clear mitigation actions

Support testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities using JIRA

Ensure high quality delivery with strong focus on customer satisfaction

Mandatory Experience

6 or more years of hands on experience with SAP Fieldglass

Proven experience in Fieldglass implementation or rollout projects

Strong configuration experience in CWM and SOW

Solid understanding of Source to Pay processes

Experience integrating Fieldglass with SAP Ariba and SAP S 4HANA or SAP ECC

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Previous work in global or multi country projects

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
