NET, building distributed systems, APIs, and microservices with strong database design skills.System Design & Scalability Focus : Experienced in designing highly scalable systems, optimizing performance, and applying caching, load balancing, and fault tolerance mechanisms.DevOps & Infrastructure Savvy : Competent with CI / CD, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CDK / Pulumi), and understanding monitoring / logging / alerting systems.Observability & Troubleshooting Skills : Proven ability in implementing application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and incident response.Cloud & Advanced Systems (Nice-to-Have) : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, message queues, and advanced monitoring tools.Ultimately, you are someone who takes pride in building platforms that empower others—whether that's developers creating and maintain apps, or users interacting with VTEX IO —and you're excited to be part of shaping the future of composable commerce at VTEX.
