What you will focus on :
- Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions for operations team
- Post job openings on different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
What we are looking for :
1 year of experience with hiring process;Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social / professional networking (e.G. LinkedIn Recruiter).Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate.Advanced English
