We foster a culture of limitless growth and development.As a Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing communication channels within our IT department and between IT and other departments.Key Responsibilities : Content Creation : Develop and maintain IT communication materials, such as technical documentation, user manuals, FAQs, and newsletters.Project Management : Lead projects and communication initiatives, from planning to execution and evaluation.

Manage a team of junior communication specialists.Strategy and Improvement : Develop and implement performance metrics to assess communication strategy effectiveness.

Conduct regular systems audits and user feedback sessions.Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for communication tools, ensuring minimal downtime.Coordination and Collaboration : Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments, coordinating multiple teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.Record Keeping and Reporting : Maintain records of communications and feedback, preparing regular reports on communication effectiveness to senior management.Requirements : 5-7 years of experience in IT communications or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communication, or a related field.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), document management systems, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
