Job Title : Business Relationship ManagerWe are a fast-growing agency building high-converting Shopify pages for eCommerce brands.

Our mission is to help clients convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering their ad spend.

We need a highly organized and communicative Business Relationship Manager to manage communication between our clients and our design / development team.The Business Relationship Manager will be the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design / development team.

Key responsibilities include : Building strong relationships with clients and serving as their main point of contact.Communicating client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.Proactively resolving issues, anticipating client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of low-code or no-code tools such as Replo, Webflow, or Framer is a plus.

You will be successful if you can manage client communication, keep projects on track, and free up your supervisor from direct involvement in day-to-day project management.This role involves coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization.

You will use tools like Slack, Clickup, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets to manage communication, track progress, and organize tasks.

Training can be provided for making minor updates to client pages using low-code tools like Replo.About This Role : This part-time (25-30 hours per week) position pays hourly, depending on experience.

The start date is as soon as possible, preferably someone with minimal need for training, experienced in similar roles.What You'll Do : As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our design and development team to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
