FUNCTIONS

• Lead the evolution and implementation projects of Reef in the countries, from the Inception phase through to their go-live.
• Inception Project
• Conduct activities related to the Inception phase of Reef in the country.
• AS IS assessment (functional, integrations, migration)
• GAP analysis
• Implementation project proposal
• Implementation Project
• Effectively plan and execute the defined scope for each implementation across different markets and products, ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines, and established budgets.
• Stakeholder Interaction
• Manage effective relationships with all implementation participants, ensuring proper alignment of expectations and objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between local and corporate stakeholders, translating operational needs into technical and strategic adjustments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and mitigations of the project.
• Perform all necessary activities to carry out the transition of each implementation project, from planning to operational deployment, guaranteeing quality and achievement of established objectives.
• Organizational Change Management : Lead strategies to facilitate solution adoption within local teams, promoting collaboration and minimizing resistance.
