Senior / Lead Business Analyst

The company also produced photobook products for Disney's PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts.

In addition to its headquarters near Minneapolis and operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the customer has facilities throughout the United States.

The primary product areas to work with are shopping cart, payments, checkout in web and iOS.What You'll DoSupport ongoing delivery from the BA side across multiple parallel initiatives (quarterly planning cycles, typically 2–3 months each), combined with ad hoc small feature requests and defect handlingGather, analyze, and document project requirementsPrepare relevant backlog items and supporting project-level artifacts (e.g., vision & scope documents)Facilitate refinement sessions and sprint planning meetingsCommunicate closely with business stakeholders, the UX team, and other relevant parties within the organization as required by the specific projectMaintain and refine the product backlog : clarify items, prioritize, and support deliveryWhat You BringExcellent ability to communicate in English with dev teams, business stakeholders and SME5+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst (e-commerce preferred)Ability to adapt to changing environments & quickly dive into new contextsAbility to pick a requirements specification style that is appropriate for a given context without external guidanceAbility to comfortably handle multiple concurrent workstreams (regular context switching)Proficiency in tools like Jira, ConfluenceExperience working in distributed teams and with direct client communicationOverlap with Central Standard Time (CST) is required until 3 : 00 p.m.Upper-IntermediateLegal & Hiring InformationExadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and moreReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functionsPlease note : this job description is not exhaustive.
