What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Research and analyze labor market trends to develop effective sourcing strategiesProactively source nursing and clinical talent through various channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needsConduct outreach to prospective candidates, promoting the employer's culture and opportunitiesTrack and report sourcing metrics to showcase impact and drive improvementsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
5+ years of sourcing, research, or talent identification experience in a fast-paced healthcare environmentProven experience with enterprise-level ATS / CRM systemsStrong analytical skills to interpret and apply labor market dataProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience sourcing clinical talent or working in executive search or recruiting agencies preferredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
