Fundación Igualdad is a non-profit organization based in Argentina that defends and promotes the rights, and well-being of LGBTIQ+ people. We are committed to building an inclusive society through a multidimensional approach that combines research , artivism , and legal and health advocacy .

Our work centers around three key pillars :

• Memory, truth, and justice — We believe in recovering and honoring the history of LGBTIQ+ struggles in Argentina and Latin America. We work to ensure that public policy and cultural change are grounded in historical awareness and the lived experiences of our communities.
• Territorial presence and federal inclusion — We collaborate with local grassroots organizations and community leaders across the country, to promote equality and visibility beyond urban centers.
• Comprehensive support — We provide legal and health assistance to individuals facing discrimination, violence, or exclusion based on sexual orientation or gender identity. We also produce research and resources that help inform public policy and institutional practices.

At Fundación Igualdad, we understand activism as both resistance and creation. Our artivism projects use theater, dance, and visual arts to raise awareness and foster safe spaces for expression. We serve individuals of all ages and identities, with special focus on trans, nonbinary, and youth communities. We envision a world where diversity is celebrated, not merely tolerated—and we work every day to make that future a reality.
