As a specialist, you will play a key role in managing 3PL partner onboarding from start to finish.Your responsibilities will include : Partner Onboarding : Coordinate compliance checks and verify partner documents meet legal and financial requirements.Compliance Checks : Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams during the process.Process Improvement : Update onboarding guidelines (SOPs) and look for efficiency improvements.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into our operations.To be successful in this role, you will need : Strong Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.Communication Skills : Good English communication for daily work and foreign team contact.Logistics Experience : Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is a plus.Data Analysis : Experience with data analytic tools such as SQL or similar tools.Proactivity : Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.Why choose us?
