What will you be doing?
The primary goal of this role is to support the successful delivery of our client's RPO program. Partnering closely with Page Outsourcing and key client stakeholders, you will ensure timely and high-quality recruitment outcomes, manage forecasting, and achieve financial objectives while maximising client satisfaction. In this position, you'll lead a team of recruiters, promote operational excellence, and build strong client relationships, all while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and expand service offerings.
Key Activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce plans. Identify upsell opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
- Ensure recruiters meet SLAs, delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and improving hiring efficiency.
- Drive direct sourcing strategies, talent pooling, and cost-effective recruitment solutions and promote upselling.
- Set financial targets and monitor financial performance, ensuring delivery meets revenue forecasts and identifying risks.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within ATS / VMS platforms for accurate reporting.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters, driving productivity and professional growth.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for service enhancement.
- Oversee account governance reporting, presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote Page Outsourcing values, ensuring best practices in team and client management.
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and at the discretion of the line manager.
