Operations Finance Analyst

About UsWe are two-year-old company, based out of the United States, that builds and runs stores in remote parts of Texas where oilfield and industrial workers spend their days.

These workers need food, fuel, and basic supplies, but in many of these areas there are no good options nearby.

Our stores fill that gap by giving thousands of workers a place they can count on.The business has doubled revenue every year since launch, and we expect to double again next year.

The company is led by the founder, who holds a JD and MBA from top programs and has held leadership positions at leading energy companies.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Associate to work directly with the CEO & Founder.

This is a remote role.

You'll support research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.

The right person will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Over time, this role can grow into a larger position with more responsibilityWhat You'll DoResearch - Help study new business opportunities and prepare simple reportsInvestor Communications - Support updates and materials for investorsProject Tracking - Process and organize invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costsData Work - Review and analyze basic business data to spot trendsFinancial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projectsBusiness Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partnersNew Ideas - Assist with market testing of new business lines and servicesWhat We're Looking ForCareful attention to detailAbility to work respectfully with both internal teammates and outside partnersCan work independently and stay organized without constant oversightStrong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPointComfort using ChatGPT and other AI tools to make work faster and more effectiveGood written and spoken EnglishOpen to learning and taking on different types of tasksMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in finance, business analysis, or project managementStrong technical and communication skills with the ability to present findings clearlyGrowth PotentialThis role gives you a chance to work closely with the founder and learn all sides of the business.
