As part of our growth-stage startup, you'll work alongside the founders, shaping the vision, products, and experiences that will define the future of industrial tech.Engineering at TRACTIAN : the Backend Engineering team builds and scales the infrastructure powering our platform, from advanced monitoring products to our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

We design and develop robust systems that handle large volumes of real-time and historical data from industrial assets.We craft and maintain data-intensive microservices, resilient APIs, and scalable ETL pipelines.

Our work spans relational and non-relational database schemas, event-driven architectures, and performance optimization under high-throughput workloads.

Backend Engineers work with firmware, frontend, data, and product teams to deliver features that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and modernize industrial operations.What you'll do as a Backend Software Engineer : design and build critical APIs, microservices, and ETLs powering our core products, from industrial monitoring systems to our CMMS platform.
