We're hiring a TikTok Media Buyer to drive exceptional paid advertising results for our portfolio of enterprise and celebrity brands. Commerce Social is a Gold Star TikTok Shop Partner led by a former TikTok employee and a seasoned agency owner. You'll manage high-budget campaigns and deliver record-breaking performance for our brand partners.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage and optimize TikTok ad campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, driving maximum ROAS for D2C brands across feed ads, spark ads, live shopping ads, and product shopping ads.
  • Run continuous A / B tests on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance and scale profitably.
  • Analyze campaign data daily to identify opportunities and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and provide data-driven feedback on what's working.
  • Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real-time to maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend.
  • Partner with Account Managers to align paid media with organic and affiliate strategies for cohesive brand growth.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok's platform updates, beta features, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantages.

What You Need :

  • 2-4 years in paid social media buying with hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience
  • Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets for e-commerce brands
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics : ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR
  • Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting performance and strategy to clients
  • Creative eye for identifying winning ad concepts
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-budget accounts
  • Passion for performance marketing and TikTok trends

  • Develop innovative testing strategies that uncover breakthrough audiences and creative approaches.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Build trusted client relationships through transparent reporting and strategic insights.
  • Your First 90 Days

    30 Days :  Get onboarded on our systems, audit existing campaigns, meet brand partners, and identify quick-win optimizations.

    60 Days :  Take full ownership of client accounts, implement strategic improvements, launch testing initiatives, and show measurable performance gains.

    90 Days :  Achieve or exceed ROAS targets, scale profitable campaigns confidently, and present detailed performance analyses with growth strategies.
