High-Scale SaaS Platform Expert

We are seeking a skilled expert in DevOps and Platform Engineering to join our team.

Must-Have Skills :
EKS / Kubernetes Experience : Strong production experience with EKS / Kubernetes.
MongoDB & Atlas Expertise : In-depth knowledge of MongoDB / Atlas, including scaling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Programming Languages : Proficiency in Python and / or Go.
Languages : Fluency in Portuguese and English.
DevOps / SRE Principles : Solid understanding of DevOps / SRE principles and real-world troubleshooting ability.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
MERN Stack Exposure : Familiarity with the MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, Node).
Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code : Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki for Monitoring & Observability : Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki for monitoring and observability.
Database Contention / Concurrency Debugging : Ability to debug database contention and concurrency issues at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Scalable Architectures : Design reliable and scalable architectures for high-scale SaaS platforms.

Quickly Resolve Production Issues : Quickly resolve production issues systematically using DevOps / SRE principles.

Improve Deployment Speed & System Observability : Improve deployment speed and system observability through efficient processes and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate cross-functionally in a ROWE environment to achieve shared goals.
