Overview :
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Onboarding Specialist to help ensure new hires have a smooth and positive start with our company. You’ll support all steps of the onboarding process — from collecting documents to welcoming employees on their first day — while working closely with HR and other internal teams. Key Responsibilities :
Support and coordinate all steps of the new hire onboarding process.
Collect and review employee documentation and background checks.
Partner with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and system access.
Send welcome emails, onboarding materials, and first-day information.
Assist in scheduling and running onboarding sessions or orientations.
Keep onboarding trackers and reports updated.
Provide assistance and guidance to new hires during their first days.
Help identify ways to improve the onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills — both written and spoken.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Friendly, professional attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
Comfortable using tools like MS Office and learning new HR systems.
Nice to Have :
Previous experience or internship in HR, Recruitment, or Customer Service.
Familiarity with onboarding or HR tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP).
