Role Description

I’m working with a small, high-trust team that’s hiring 2  Staff  /  Senior Staff Software Engineer  — someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes real ownership, and prefers defining problems rather than waiting for tickets. This is  not  a “tasks + Jira board” role. You’d be shaping architecture, shipping meaningful systems, and using  agentic coding tools (Cursor  /  Claude Code, etc.) as true force multipliers — not crutches.

You’d be a great fit if you :

• Own outcomes end-to-end — not just code
• Work comfortably across  Python + TypeScript  /  React
• Have experience integrating  LLM APIs  (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Enjoy making smart trade-offs with imperfect info
• Prefer small, high-impact teams over large, process-heavy environments

It’s ideal for someone who  notices broken assumptions early, treats ambiguity as raw material, and raises the bar through example rather than process.
