Assist in building and optimizing automation workflows (emails, CRM, reporting). Prepare and update performance reports for client accounts. Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams on campaign execution. Conduct research and benchmarking to support marketing strategies. Learn to use top industry tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, ClickUp, etc.) to deliver real results. Resume screening Online assessments (logic + personality) Video presentation Interview with HR Interview with direct leader Final interview with Chili’s founders
