Contract Length : 6 months with potential for extensionWe're looking for a UX Generalist to join the dynamic design team at one of our clients in the e-commerce industry.

You'll be the ultimate design chameleon, jumping between teams and projects as needed while maintaining speed and quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate the full design process with efficiency and grace.What You'll Do : Cross-team collaboration : Work with multiple product teams simultaneously, adapting your approach to each team's unique needs and timelinesFull-cycle design : Take projects from initial concept through final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design handoffRapid iteration : Move quickly through the design process while maintaining high standards and attention to detailStakeholder communication : Effectively gather requirements and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProcess optimization : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiencyDesign system adoption : Work within our established design system while contributing to its evolutionWhat We're Looking For : 5+ years of UX / UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatilityProficiency in Figma and familiarity with design-to-development workflowsExperience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisionsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining qualityExperience working in agile / fast-paced development environmentsProficiency in AI tools and Figma plugins that enhance UX workflows and productivityAbout RYZ Labs : RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
