Requirements and activities : Ensure the correct design of network projects for LAN, WAN, VPN, Cloud connectivity infrastructure (AWS).

Maintain and improve documentation standards, enforce governance and best practices in scalability, security, and environment standardization.

Provide technical leadership to support team development, drive projects, and anticipate infrastructure demands.

• Maintenance and update of network design diagrams Guarantee request / ticket platform updates on timely manner Design network projects for critical network components including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, etc.

Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Review network design from team members and apply corrections if needed to ensure accuracy and 100% implementation success Evaluate and homologate new network equipment and market solutions when needed

Experience on Wireless technologies Cisco, Meraki, Aruba to Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA Handling troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN vi.

Knowledge of load Balancers.

Hands on technologies like IP addressing schema, VLSM, DHCP, DNS etc.

Knowledge of troubleshooting complex layer 2 technologies such as VLAN Trunks, VTP Ether channel, STP, RSTP and MST.

Very strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP / OSPF / EIGRP) and availability (HSRP / VRRP / GLBP).

Experience with QoS and its foundations Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) English level Fluent Should have excellent customer handling skills
