The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who’s passionate about building products from the ground up, not just features. Someone who loves thinking about how everything fits together , contributes to the full product lifecycle, and takes ownership of their work end to end.

This role focuses primarily on the backend (preferably in Python ), but may occasionally support frontend components, as expected in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute ideas to improve product performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Take full ownership of deliverables — from architecture to deployment.
• Work across the stack when needed, supporting frontend integration.
• Participate in technical discussions, bringing both depth and perspective to product decisions.
• Build and maintain AI agents or AI-driven features , ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
