The professional will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with partners and customers.Main Activities and Responsibilities : 1.
Sales and Growth Strategy : Plan and execute the sales strategy for the monitor portfolio, aiming to increase revenue and market share.Identify and develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships (resellers, retailers, distributors, etc.).
Analyze the market and competition to identify trends, opportunities and threats, and adjust strategy proactively.2.
Partner and Relationship Management : Cultivate and strengthen the relationship with key partners (distributors and main partners), ensuring alignment of goals and execution of business plans.Train partner sales teams on the differentials and new technologies of Lenovo monitors.Negotiate business agreements and incentive programs that boost sales and profitability.3.
Presentations and Customer Interactions : Conduct product presentations to direct (companies) and indirect (through partners) customers, highlighting the benefits and value of Lenovo monitors.Repreent the brand at trade shows, events and business meetings, acting as the spokesperson for our monitor business.Supporting the sales team in complex negotiations by providing technical and commercial expertise to close large deals.4.
Portfolio and products management : Act as the monitor portfolio expert, providing market feedback to product and marketing teams.Define the optimal product mix for the local market, considering customer needs and price competitiveness.Launch and promote new products, ensuring that sales teams and partners are prepared to market them successfully.5.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor and analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare periodic reports for the leadership, presenting results, challenges and action plans.Use market data to make strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.6.
